- After working for a year as a photojournalist in Arkansas, I quit my job do be a United States Peace Corps health volunteer in Guatemala. Follow my adventures and misadventures here. How long?
Service lasts 27 months. Three months training, two years service. I can come home to visit; I am allowed two vacation days per month.
